I reckon anything that extends it outside of b3ta is crossing the lines.
For example

- Stalking someone's girlfriend on twitter
- Going through people's Flickr/social-network accounts and using information from there / contacting people from there.
- Starting up lies and rumours about someone with the intention to get them excluded... to take the piss is alright, encuridged even, but its a bit nasty and snide if it's intention is to actually break up friendships.

I reckon everything else is fair game.
