And banned first weekend.

(, Mon 12 Aug 2013, 21:47, Reply)
It would be better if the police had a naughty step they could use before a ban.

(, Mon 12 Aug 2013, 21:49, Reply)
Beta step, so to speak.

What colour did you go for? Manual or auto? Full leather I hope. Saloon or estate?
Details man. I need details.

Good lad.

Love the six speed manual. Paranoid about throwing it into reverse on the motorway coming back!

(, Mon 12 Aug 2013, 21:48, Reply)
How come you can put a car in first when it's still rolling backwards
But you can't put it into reverse when it's rolling forwards?
(, Mon 12 Aug 2013, 21:54, Reply)
Clutch and drivetrain direction.

(, Mon 12 Aug 2013, 21:55, Reply)
I am planning to, but not sure i will be in the right mood for it. If I'm not I'd rather stay away than be an IRL wanker*

(, Mon 12 Aug 2013, 21:46, Reply)
Well, that goes without saying.

(, Mon 12 Aug 2013, 21:49, Reply)
We're also about to do the financial part of the divorce; Form E. not sure a hotel ( no matter how cheap I was to go) would look good at this time.

(, Mon 12 Aug 2013, 21:46, Reply)
Or a trip to Edinburgh?

(, Mon 12 Aug 2013, 21:49, Reply)
I'm not paying for that. Mummy and daddy inlaws are.

(, Mon 12 Aug 2013, 21:50, Reply)
Good for the gander etc.

(, Mon 12 Aug 2013, 21:51, Reply)
She's somehow found out I've spent £2.2k on a sofa. Judge might not like that...

(, Mon 12 Aug 2013, 21:54, Reply)
You going full on court settlement?
In which case, claim half the house.
(, Mon 12 Aug 2013, 21:55, Reply)
Or at the very least make her realise how fucking lucky she is that you're not!

(, Mon 12 Aug 2013, 21:58, Reply)
Nah. Micro's domestic stability is key. Ain't touching even any beneficial interest on the place that may be due. Given there is no mortgage it means micro will always have a roof over her head.

(, Mon 12 Aug 2013, 21:58, Reply)
But she could have two of them.
If she downsized and you bought somewhere.

Or are you concerned that doing that will encourage her to fuck off north of the border?
(, Mon 12 Aug 2013, 21:59, Reply)
Your ex wife will need very little from you then

(, Mon 12 Aug 2013, 22:00, Reply)
As she would if she lived with you and not someone who expects her parents and her ex to give her a living
I'm not disputing what you're saying at all, but she should realise that 99% of people wouldn't agree to what you are agreeing to accept.
(, Mon 12 Aug 2013, 22:06, Reply)
Quick take it back and get something shit

(, Mon 12 Aug 2013, 21:55, Reply)
You need a sofa. Who's to say what's reasonable?

(, Mon 12 Aug 2013, 21:56, Reply)
Ask them whether they'd prefer your flat was a death trap for when micro visits.

(, Mon 12 Aug 2013, 21:57, Reply)
Ask the solicitor - don't make yourself miserable speculating
If he thinks it's a problem, then listen. Personally I'd be surprised if a reasonable/cheap hotel were any sort of a problem. You're divorcing, not dying, and a court would see that.
(, Mon 12 Aug 2013, 21:57, Reply)
No point moping, you may as well have some fun while you can
