It doesn't take a rocket surgeon to work out that constant consumption of bowel irritants
is a bad thing. But Gonz buys into stuff like the caffeine/opiates bollocks so if it works for him, meh. I've given up trying. Although, rightly, there's no reason he should pay any attention to what some prick off the internet says. Even if I am right.

Sure, they probably don't help
but simply being irritants doesn't necessarily mean they're the stuff that's irritating his. Likelihood doesn't make certainty.
