Mine's curried red lentil though.

I was planning on dipping my cheese and marmite sarnies in it, but they didn't last when I decided I was already hungry.

Yeah, I made this myself.
Although I'm not sure 'made' is the right word given most of the flavour comes from stock cubes and curry powder.

I just use turmeric and salt in the lentils,
and at the end stir in sliced onions and garlic which have been fried until really dark, and chillies, and occasionally some onion seeds if I have them. Garnish with fresh coriander, away you do!
