I've not worked with them so I'n not sure what they're like
It wierd how sometimes entire companies seem to be staffed by pricks. Kilburn Consultancy being one of them.

I've had that, there was a place that was doing truffle chips, bbq chips and katsu curry chips in like a 'buy a small bucket thing of each of them and share'.
The meal was lush but the chips were average at best.
