i have said this one before
I saw a child (possibly 4 or 5) running full tilt under a section of those U shaped crowd barriers,
What he hadn't noticed was the ground rose slightly so in order to keep them uniform the gap between the floor and the top of the U was getting smaller, he ran full tilt into the bar and pivoted around the point of impact, his forehead, and crashed to the floor.

I remember my arch nemesis at school doing something similar at our tennis courts. They had the green mesh fences around them and had a hole in one side but the supporting wire was still there.

He ran through the hole full belt and caught the wire at neck height, pivoting him up to horizontal then depositing him onto his back from 5' high, choking to death
