There is a shop in Helmsley, North Yorks that sells the most violent mustard I've ever scoffed. Once the assault has passed it really works and lets you appreciate layers in flavour you'd not noticed before.

Quite partial to Dijon, but sometimes only the kick of English will do.
Currently working my way through a jar of wholegrain mustard with chilli. 'Tis rather nice.
