I am not advocating it for breakfast everyday. If you are not having that then the other acceptable breakfasts are porridge, weetabix or toast. All with tea. Not coffee. Tea.

They taste nice but an hour later you are starving. Weetabix is for children and has a window of 28.2 seconds between crispy and cement
