it's not one of the better vegetables, really
it's nice in soup, or in a broccoli and cauliflower and stilton bake, but that's about all it's good for

Broccoli is awesome. I love the dark green veg. Broccoli, savoy cabbage, spinach, beans. Peas can GTF though.

I don't want to sound too much like Foody McWrongington up there
but I can't stand the texture of peas. The insides all sort of disintegrate and you're left with that weird skin.
