I've actually been able to go running a few times over the last few weeks, which is nice, and I'm hoping to go again tonight.

We had our first projectile vomitting incident on Friday night. Me and the wife ended up covered in sick and had to clean the whole house. Luckily it was a nice weekend and the bairn was okay by saturday morning.

We were at Kew on Sunday and in the queue for the parking tickets
there was a floppy haired young father with a kid throwing an absolute grade A shit fit over some ice lolly or something. He was attempting to negotiate with it in hushed tones "now be quiet sweetie, you're embarrassing Daddy."
