I have a pain in my left knee on the outside, just inbetween two knobs of boneppffffft knobs
It doesn't hurt at all until I kneel down, when it feels like its on fucking fire.

You have knee cancer. The only solution is to have your face amputated.You don't need a doctor for that, sporters, it's common knowledge. Stop sticking your head in the sand and get your face cut off.
