when i was a kid, i overheard my dad's booming voice say something to my mother about the budget being bad or in troublei tumbled down the stairs in panic and fear.
i'd thought he said "budgie".
luckily it lived another 10 years after that.

you can convert an s&s isa directly to cash, then put it in your pension to get the higher rate tax relief at 40%Then at 55, let your tax rate drop to basic, take the 25% tax free lump sum and have the rest taxed at 20%.
