Usually yeah, I'm contracted to a certain number of hours, and if I'd just stopped around 2, I'd have to make it up somewhere, and I'd rather have a few hours in hand to leave early Friday than hit Thursday and need to make up a few.

first, when i am at a fitness level i am happy with, i can run for an hour and moresecondly, who cares, so long as they are comfortable and your feet and knees don't hurt after running for 1 metre or 10 miles??
