Seriously though, it's a bit reactionary to put all this in place given the frequency of occurrence.It's a shame for the family and all that; I don't think we need a knee-jerk imposition on our civil liberties to come of it though.

civil liberties dont have any bearing on criminal past they are for all hence civil, what you are saying is once you are tarred then that's it.

I think a lot of these measures might be drafted up before the attack happens.A lot of the patriot act had been written before 11th September happened.
