I usually cook stuff from scratch but don't eat extravagantly. Mostly curries, chilli's, chicken and rice etc.

You should get hold of the BBA expenditure guidelines, some are laughably small whilst others just represent extravagance.

Almost £500 for a couple with a sprog, although there's nothing that defines how many kids.
Travel allowances are £180 then an additional £10 per person, which is retarded.
Single parents can spend £60 on childrens activities, but a two parent family is restricted to spending £40.
