Tomatoes are nom, as were the peas, the carrots, the parsnips, the garlic and the onions. I might pull up the rest of the beetroot this weekend and pickle it.
My chilli plants are starting to grow proper chillies now! JOY!

Purple broccoli has been the biggest disappointment, the plants are enormous and have produced fuck out florettes

As for the carrots, the parsnips, the garlic and the onions, carry on.

Ladies of the night would certainly bring a little joi de vivre to the allotments. Although I can't see the Percy Thrower types strutting between the raised beds in the full velvet suit and fur coat...

Making flavour more concentrated within the smaller veg. Home grown stuff is great. I miss having a garden.

My veg beds are made of recycled old bricks and next doors oak roof trusses that I saved from the skip. Cost me a couple of bags of cement. All the old rocks, mortar and shit paving stones went in as drainage and two bins full of ash from burning all the crap in the garden in too. In total I probably spent about £10
