Gin + Berries + brown sugareasiest recipe out there, I tend to use soft brown sugar as it adds a better flavour IMO, but give it 3 months gently shaking from time to time to mix it up and then decant into some nice bottles

If you don't have sloes you can still have fun having a go with other fruits. Quinces and damsons are quite good. Or even raspberries.
