But you did set up the bdsm profile.
At least have the dignity to admit that, rather than maintaining the laughable position that it was me or meatsnake.
I know you're mentally ill, but that's just crazy.

I did not.
If I did what would it matter, do I have a reasonable expectation of privacy?
Here's three questions for you personally dozer. Have I told you to leave me alone? Have I made it clear that I believe I'm being harassed? Have you left me alone?

Perceived levels of distress are totally subjective though.
One man's apparent genuine upset is another man's crybaby drama queen. Innit?

Yes,
my argument that partial, personally identifiable information posted in a "public" place about me being a rapist, or collector of child porn is a targeted attempt at causing alarm. And that any "reasonable person" as mentioned in the act would agree.

And how was it 'personally identifiable'?
Or yes, that's right, you posted your name here - numerous times.
Nice one.

What about this post

That limits the accusation to a single office where there were two statisticians working?

I'm not following your logic here.
How do NHS Direct statisticians come into it? Oh wait a minute, you told everyone that too.

What are you even banging on about.
You're saying I should have kept all personal information about myself secret at all times, because I should have had the foresight to know that someone would use that information to post accusations of child abuse against me in the future? And that it isn't in fact a problem that someone is posting specifics about my life with accusations of serious crimes.

Yes, that's PRECISELY what I'm saying.
FFS it's not fucking rocket science. You went onto an anonymous website and gave away personal details - name, town, occupation - and now you're bleating that someone has taken the piss using those very details that you provided.
I'm sure that if you do report this 'harrassment' to the authorities you'll be given quite a patronising lecture normally reserved for 12 year olds.

That's strange, I didn't get a lecture, I got asked for more information and to record as much as I can.

Oh I see, so they just went off shaking their heads saying 'what a fucking naive fanny' instead?
If the authorities are already on the case, then what are you still whining on about? Surely the miscreants will be caught and dealt with appropriately? I'm not sure that further whinging is really necessary.

No, they were perfectly calm and professional.
I'm answering your questions. Or replying to people asking about it.

Putting personal information on here is like a girl going out and getting drunk in a short skirt
I think we can guess what "linking that personal information to serious crimes and using it to find phone numbers for harassment" is in this analogy.
Stop victim-blaming, you monster.

"Reasonable expectation of privacy" and " the internet" are contradictions
