Since this post I've been getting a bit hung up about looking, in my eyes, so much younger.

How old do you think I am? And before you ask - there are no prizes for guessing correctly!

Tell me about it. I'm 45 and I still get asked for ID when buying beer.

I met up with friends for lunch and was introduced to a couple. The man commented that I was a "nice young man" and that it was a pleasure to meet me- and he was less than 50 years old.

I never know whether I should laugh or scream.

I'd have gone for early twenties

I only ever shave my beard off if I'm doing stage-y things that require me to be free of chin hair or if I do it wrong. A poor dramatisation of the latter follows.
