We have some codes at work
for various things we'd rather not say over the radio to our customers. 'Comfort break', for example, is code for 'I really need a shit.'

'The birds are flying today' is code for 'It's a lovely sunny day and work is good'. One of our regular customers heard me passing this message from one driver to another, and decided to chip in on two-way with 'No, the pigs are flying today'.

The very thought of pigs
bothers my guys here. They live in their own shit. Pigs're dirty. They don't like dogs either, cos they eat shit. Dirty.

If they even touch a dog, they have to wash their body and clothes. It's a bit extreme I admit, but I agree with the principal. Except I fucking love pork.

Edit: my guys don't live in their own shit. Although the state of the kitchen sometimes makes me wonder.

If we think a patient is trying it on to get pain relief drugs such as morphine we make reference to a Dianne Swon = Dying Swan.
'Fith Syndrome' is often used if we believe the 'patient' is simply Fucked In The Head.
"Get me a blue cannula from the ambulance" means get the fuck out of here and call the cops now.
