The dole is utter shit. Do anything you can not to lose your job.

I was going to say that I'd run off with a man so I could get them for gayness discrimination when I saw that they were canning people off here. But I didn't have the guts and just took the p45 like a rent boy on Canal Street - with a manly grimace and a sigh that the money wasn't more. Now it's printing off copies of CVs, drinking cheap beer and cheaper gin and waking up at 3am.

I had my PRP & salary meeting today, I got an 8.5% payrise and a rather hefty bonus, since I'm fortunate enough to work in an industry that will be more or less completely unaffected by the recession.

I'm gonna have to keep it under my hat to prevent all my mates calling me a cunt, a lot of them have been made redundant. At least I can get the rounds in for my doley mates though!
