yesterday I sampled a marinade for some turkey that I had made
not entirely sure why I decided to taste the marinade as it was made of soy, thai fish sauce, chillis, ginger, a huge quantity of garlic and the juice of half a lime.


I had the tiniest sip and as my other half asked me how it was I had to exclaim "HOLY FUCKING SHIT!"

it tasted great, but it was fucking powerful.

it was
rapidly fried the turkey, then stir fried some shrooms, baby corn, mange tout, spring onions and red pepper in the remaining marinade and served in wholemeal wraps with lettuce and a lime and coriander mayonnaise (that I made)
