Were all too cool for school on here, but I know we all have guilty pleasures, something that would crush your carefully-constructed air of cool if anyone else knew what it was. Mine's in the reples, what's yours?

At the start of a 33-episode marathon - I've cancelled beer nights with the lads so I can stay in with Apathywoman, curled up on the couch.
They think it's 'cos she's 7 months preganant, heh heh heh...

I love chess. It's just a shame that I am terrible at it. Do you start by getting your knights out (not a euphemism) into the middle of the board?

Depends on which colour I'm playing, and what the other person does :)
I'm learning openings at the moment. Think I'm starting to make some progress.

I was pretty good as a child but Chess is *not* what the cool kids go for in secondary school, so my prodigal talent evaporated.

and was then going at it with an electric sander. Afterwards, my nostril hair was white, thus saving me from having a lung full of dust.

I absolutely adore Xena - Warrior Princess. I was obsessed when I was a kid, and then someone bought me season one last year.
I can still remember all the words to the opening theme.
In a time of ancient gods, warriors and kings... Oh dear.
Oh and the Moomins, and Gummi Bears

Sitting down with 3 nieces and a nephew (all children) one Saturday night to watch the recent 'Talent final, was a real treat.
Made a change from going out and getting blootered.

But download Beauty and the Geek the second it's ripped.
I was also a big fan of Gilmore Girls, nothing wrong with that.

Wednesday nights, me and my two friends used to watch this religiously.
It was hilarious when the girl who won turned her down in the live final.
