Your Mum Works In McDonalds For Mimimum Wage.
or something like that, I don't quite get where that meme comes from.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 17:47, Reply)
Nah, she only took the job for the staff discount.

(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 17:49, Reply)
That is 100% honestly the reason I want a job at Marks.
I'ld even sweep the floors for an hour a day for free, if it means someone will divvy me in on the whole "10p for this item that goes off next month" sushi deals.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 17:54, Reply)
Lots of shakin', bacon

(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 17:49, Reply)
My mum is.
We're having spaghetti. It smells ace.

Meatballs when I can be bothered,
I've got a friend coming over at 7, I should start soon.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 17:54, Reply)
You've never invited me over for some of your lovely juicy meatballs before.

You're an internet friend,
you haven't graduated to "someone who could meet my friends" yet,
I'll let you know when you do.

(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 17:57, Reply)
you are going to cum over a 7 year old?

(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 18:22, Reply)
yes that's exactly what I meant.

Last night's kickin' mac cheese
reheating in the oven. Damn, we're good.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 18:00, Reply)
I hate "mac cheese"
mainly because my mum never cooked it very well.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 18:11, Reply)
Mine's had plenty of iterations
and it's always different, simply because we always use different cheeses. Believe it or not, it's daughter's favourite dish, and she's very adventurous with food.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 18:15, Reply)
Cheese and Ham sandwich
Had a cooked lunch, you see. One hot meal a day, one sandwich - that's the rule.

Breakfast can go either way but I'm currently trying to cut down on the bacon/sausage sandwiches in favour of cold cereal for not-being-a-fat-lump reasons.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 18:16, Reply)
Do bacon/sausage sandwiches count as a hot meal or a sandwich?

(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 18:17, Reply)
If it's for breakfast, it doesn't matter
If it's for lunch or dinner, one counts as a sandwich, two counts as a hot meal.

It's not rocket science.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:10, Reply)
I had to know.
The internet is important!
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:12, Reply)
chilli and lime chicken kebabs
with stuff
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 18:19, Reply)
italian sausage with green peppers and onions

(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 18:23, Reply)
I don't know
I went to the Co-op and had no idea so probably just pasta and some sort of sauce. Although I'm not sure I can even be assed with that much effort.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 18:24, Reply)
Just had lasagne in hall
one of the few things they can do consistently well. Now going through my food working out what should be chucked and what should be taken back home.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:03, Reply)
oh shit....
Just found a box of eggs that was bought at the start of term.... really hope no one puts anything heavy in the bin until its emptied tomorrow
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:09, Reply)
Pork chops for meeee!!
Yippee!! :)
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:06, Reply)
Just nommed an icecream with popping candy in it
And it sounds like there's magic in my head.
And that my head was empty.
It probably is.

It's a shame, I was too tired to go out, and I could have eaten something very nice if I'd gone out.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:08, Reply)
Oooooh
Where did you find such a nice sounding ice cream treat??? :)
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:13, Reply)
Somerfield's
And it's a Cadbury's Crunchie one.

VITAL STATISTICS:
- About the size of a magnum
- covered in dairy milk with popping candy mixed in
- interior is sort of honeycomb flavoured, a light golden brown in colour.

On offer, I think it was £1.20 for 3. Still 2 for £3 on Mini Milk/Mini Twisters though,I think that's a better deal, but I went for novelty ratehr than nomability.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:15, Reply)
Oooooh
Exciting!! Thank you, I'll have to pick some up!!

I need more ice creams in my flat, I have eaten all my orange Fabs now! :(
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:17, Reply)
Orange Fabs?!
TRAVESTY!

I'm eating my Vimto chews that PsychoChomp accused of being lies.
They're not lies, they're delicious!
And feeling fat
*bloats*
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:19, Reply)
They're
so nice. I do have an obsession with orange sweetie things!!
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:22, Reply)
Is it just me,
or do mini milks not taste like they used to?
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:19, Reply)
Not had one in AGES
Would have gone for the offer if they had been there (I love twisters but variety is the spice of life)

Want.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:24, Reply)
I agree
They don't taste the same now, they've probably made them less full of evil or something. Fattynessness makes things taste better. Fact.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:30, Reply)
This is true.
Low fat never tastes as good as full.

Yeah, they probably only have natural colourings and flavourings now or some shit. Bring back the evil goodness!
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:37, Reply)
Exactly
I'm all for crazy food colourings. The green tic tacs are now a sort of sludgy green/brown colour because they've got rid of a dodgy colouring... they don't taste as zingy now! :(
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:40, Reply)
I really want some ice cream now.
*roots in freezer*
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:18, Reply)
Hehe me too!
The only thing I can find in my freezer is really old Ben and Jerrys sorbet. I wonder if its dead!?
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:21, Reply)
Ben and Jerry's sorbet?!
Your freezer sounds like a strange place.

We've just got my dad's coffee and lots and lots and lots and LOTS of Quorn.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:23, Reply)
You've got coffee in the freezer?
What?
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:25, Reply)
Coffee?
Oh, I meant to say my multiple aborted foetuses. They're easily confused.

Yeah, coffee. His jug he uses to put the milk in to be frothed in is also there, but I can understand that. I think it's to keep it fresh?
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:27, Reply)
That's strange. I've never heard of that before.
Most people I know keep their multiple aborted foetuses in jars of formaldehyde.

I've never come across coffee in the freezer before either. Though I can understand the fresh thing.

Oh, glad your exam went ok. Loving the parallel :)
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:32, Reply)
Hehe, it is a bit strange.
I have lots of Quorn in my freezer too, I like to be prepared for my veggie sister when she comes to stay! :)
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:25, Reply)
Mmmm I love quorn.
And Linda Mcartney burgers. Beautiful.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:28, Reply)
I like the
Linda Mcartney sausages, they're actually quite good for weird-mushroom-based-fake-things. :)
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:31, Reply)
My ex introduced me to them.
He was good for some things.

I haven't tried the sausages though, but I have a weird aversion to them in general.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:39, Reply)
Win!
Found some home-made vanilla.

Hm, I think you should go for it. If its been in the freezer, its not like it can go off.

Dinner tonight
Is cigarettes, cider and some dried up potatoes.
Tempted to go shoot a rabbit, but I can't find the pellets.
Ah well, get paid tomorrow.

For the record,
My life is not edgy and exciting, I'm just a dirty rural.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:21, Reply)
Are you wearing dungarees?

(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:22, Reply)
No.
I am wearing a cowboy hat though.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:24, Reply)
I have a brilliant image of you in my head now.
That's never going away.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:26, Reply)

(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:27, Reply)
And clothes.
I'm not roaming the Essex countryside in just pants and a hat.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:28, Reply)
Hmm, not quite the same as my image.
But its good as a guide.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:34, Reply)
Time to draw a picture.
You've got paint. Go!
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:36, Reply)
Nearly finished.

Woo
Me too, I can't wait for pay day tomorrow, I'm gonna have pizza!! Yippee!
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:21, Reply)
So you went for fags rather than lunch?
^plan for next year, I'm a fat fuck and won't have money to smoke otherwise

And rabbits? I'm not alarmed by the shooting, just the fact you're able to walk out and shoot them. That's pretty awesome.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:23, Reply)
Yep,
I got cheap tabacco and papers.

I live in the middle of fucking nowhere, so yeah, rabbits all over the place.
Not got a gun licence, so it's all about the air rifle.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:25, Reply)
Not bad not bad.
Looks like I'm going to learn how to do rollies or survive on Sterling.
I have Richmonds when I can't get my usual ^_^

Ah, my ex lived in the middle of nowhere too. He also shot things.
On our first date, we filled a glass bottle with petrol, put petrol around it, lit AROUND it on fire then shot the bottle, so the petrol spilled out onto the shit-that-was-on-fire.
That was a BRILLIANT relationship. The your mum jokes were priceless too.
Shame I'm a nutter and he was terribly insecure so made up for it by being an irritating fuck.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:30, Reply)
As, good old Sobranies!
I rather like the Black Russians.
My usuals are en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucky_Strike.

The old fire and shooting stuff eh? Works well with cheap hairspray too.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:36, Reply)
I'm a girl so I like the pretty purple ones rather than the MANLY BLACK ONES
Is that the Toasted one? I quite like those. Dunhills are nice, but I am really a Superking girl, so anything that's long, it's mine :D

I'll have to try that at some point. Not likely to any time soon though, not going to be anywhere near a gun :/
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:41, Reply)
Yeah,
That's the one. They're awesome.
Although I try and stick with the Silvers, as they're 20% less cancery.

One of the saddest things in my life is that I'll never qualify for a proper gun licence. One day though... I'll find a way around it.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:44, Reply)
Hehe
You'll have to join the MoD or the Tactical Firearms Unit or something, then you'll get an M16!! :)
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:47, Reply)
I was thinking more
Live with someone and convince them to get a licence.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:48, Reply)
Hehe
Well that is another option. I was just going down the 'legal' route! Hehe
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:49, Reply)
Why can't you get a gun license?
Maybe you should move.

And I might start smoking a pipe instead. I don't know.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 19:48, Reply)
It's not for locational reasons.
There are certain records that need to be clean for you to get one.
(, Thu 18 Jun 2009, 20:12, Reply)
Ah right.
I hope to God they'd never let me apply for one.
I'm sure there are safeguards against that sort of thing!
