I am not a happy bunny.
I'm going to the Manchester bash on Friday but I think I'm getting a cold. Does anyone know if that First defence spray works?

Works pretty well for me
It's rather weird and somewhat disconserting though. A bit like someone spraying come up your nose.

Haha!
Like that's never happened before.

Edit - To you obviously, not to me.

Edit 2 - Just bought some and used it. Not to bad apart from the burning sensation in my nostrils.

I can't watch it till I get home. Shitty work computer.
And I'm sure eating chicken wings correctly is the way forward.

I'm back from the Marks'n'Spencor food emporium, where I got some chicken wings.
I have brought some chicken wings, where at lunch I shall practice.

Thai Green Curry
or Spicy Fishermans Soup kill all colds.

Get down your local curry house.

Works like a motherfucker for me!

Take echinacea suppliments, they really work.
And 1000mg of vitamin C every day. And red wine (honestly!) it's full of anti-oxidants and is a natural decongestant.

I don't knw anything about First Defense, but most of the medical studies I have read about that
test these sort of cold protection things show that they really don't do much at all.

Tsk! I've just spent £4 on one now.

Here...
Do the whole Lemsip, curry, Vit C, echinacia thing-they're all good but in addition, SLEEP SLEEP SLEEP! Seriously, rest, Vit C and salty fluids are the way to combat a cold/flu.
