My tummy hurts
I'm running a fever and I've had the squits all afternoon.

Any helpful suggestions for dealing with a stomach bug?

Don't Eat Oreo's
They will ruin your day more. Try some crackers or some Cheese. But not cheese and crackers.

Try and reduce your food-intake and drink lots of water to avoid de-hydrating yourself.

Stuff a cork up your bottom.
If you don't have a cork, try forcing a penny down your throat to block your bum up from the other direction.

Mint tea, hot water bottle, simple foods and whatever you do, do not attack a bees nest without being a honey badger.

I just had a mint tea
and a plum. No plans to attack a bees nest.

Time for some more water I think.

Do what I do when I get ill
Get really drunk. You'll still be ill, but you won't care.

Aspirin, Imodium and Gatorade.
Also, eat bland foods- bananas, rice, applesauce and toast. (That's known as the BRAT diet.) That should settle your innards soon.

anything with peppermint or ginger
