I'm going to get myself a fillet steak, some 'bake at home' ciabatta, and griddle-pan the steak with a creamy/oniony/mustardy sauce. I might do home made chips with that too, or I might do potato wedges with some spices.
Man, griddle pans are literally the best thing in the world ever.

I'm going to set up a blog over this weekend so I can record my cooking sucesses.
It'll be a web design/development and cooking blog, I think that would make it the first one.

I went to ASDA just now and they only had the normal-branded fillet steak, and they looked a bit...ermm.... well, they didn't look special.
So then I fished around their 'extra special 28 day mature' bit, and I found a perfect one hidden agmonst other stuff =DDDD

i'm heading to the super now for two cuts of prime argentine beef, to be served with some "flesh-specialty" roast potatoes (actually, they're almost identical to normal roast potatoes, with grooves cut in...), some crispy bread, and peppercorn sauce.
YUM
EDIT: all cooked in the pan of the gods - the griddle-pan
