people who get arsey when they have phoned a wrong number piss me off
you should've abused them.

I've been threatened with beatings, and that the guy's dad would track me down because he was a copper, because I joked about with someone who texted and then rang my number instead of someone else.

This happens to me a lot.
My number is one digit different to a car-breakers yard. One bloke got so arsy after he'd rang five times in a row (don't use redial you spluff-monkey) I said of course we had an engine for a 1989 Renault Shitbox and why hadn't he phoned us first? Cock.

my home number is almost identical to that of the local BMW bodyshop, transpose 2 numbers.
the way the weather has been lately has resulted in a fair few BMW drivers pranging their lovely metal boxes.
this week i have had 12 wrong numbers, 4 or 5 of them from the same daft woman. she got rather arsey with me when i told her (the last time she called) that no, this still wasn't the right number. as she had already phoned me a number of times (within about 10 minutes) i was getting a bit fed up with her and this was evident in my voice. she actually told me that it took very little effort to be nice, so i told her that i imagined it also took very little effort to dial the right number.
she hasn't called back...

wrong numbers
in my town we have a school leisure centre whose old phone number is now a residential number. Some poor bloke got really hacked off with a group of 12 stoners ringing him repeatedly to book squash courts , swimming lessons etc. over the course of about 3 weeks.of course I have no idea who they were......
