My weekend is RUINED
I'm now not seeing my daughter at all. Her mother is a MENTAL CUNT.

:(
What happened?

In (reasonably) short
1. My regular visit is tomorrow - I wanted to take her to my friends' daughter's 2nd birthday party. Loads of other children are going, it would have been great for my little girl. Her mother gave spurious reasons for saying no - basically she wanted to hang out with her mates.

2. Undeterred my friends then said we could go there on Sunday instead. Initially her mother agreed and then said no. I wasn't happy and words were exchanged. She then said that actually I couldn't see her on Saturday now either - and indeed that I can now not see her at all without going back to court.

3. Understandably I told her I was now not prepared to babysit tomorrow and Sunday which I'd agreed to do - when I say babysit this would have entirely been for her mother's benefit as my daughter would have been asleep before I came round.

I feel crushed.

Can't you show some pigs the necessary documentation
then just turn up at the house and demand to see your baby?
(, Fri 12 Feb 2010, 16:01, Reply)
Doesn't work like that, sadly.
All I can do is take her back to court - this will cost well over £500 and will take about 3 months - all they'll do is tell her off and demand she grants access again. Which she will, for a bit, at least.

This cycle could be repeated for YEARS.

That's just not cricket
Where does she get the energy for these fucking mindgames...does she not tire of them? Seemingly not. What does she hope to achieve in the long run? Surely she would want her/your daughter to grow up knowing and spending time with her father and having a stable a relationship as possible. Maybe she should climb out from her own arse and stop being such a selfish little girl.

You have my sympathies.

Thank you mate
I feel incredibly upset this afternoon. I think a bottle of cognac is in order.

A whole bottle?
*raises eyebrow*

It is distinctly possible.
Not a full litre you understand, just a 70cl...
(, Fri 12 Feb 2010, 17:10, Reply)
I'm not surprised you are.
It's a shitty way to be treated and it's completely wrong to use one's child in this way.
