I'm going there on my honeymoon
what would you recommend I see, other than Alcatraz and the bridge.

Definitely do Fisherman's Wharf and eat at one of the awesome seafood restaurants.
Hit up Chinatown - it's well worth it. Also, take a trip over the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito, and if you're hiring a car go up to Napa and do some wine tasting.

If you get the chance
take a trip out to Yosemite National Park. It is, quite simply, stunning. Although it's a 12 hour round trip on train and bus, so a bit knackering. You may be able to book a lodge overnight though.

Alcatraz is interesting, as is the university museum (can't remember what it's called).

Alcatraz is fab.
I could spend hours on that rock and not get bored of the history.
