I went on a tour of the abbey where they make Buckfast wine, and then came home and cooked roasted duck legs with butternut squash puree, baked mashed potato and thyme cake, crispy pancetta, green beans and a red wine sauce.

I had venison with pancetta mash, she had breaded pork loin and chips both in peppercorn sauce. Mmmmmm, meat.
