I BBQ'd pork belly stuffed with sausage meat and coverd in herbs
it was epic.
Also my first graze box has just arrived, it seems rather small.

indeed
it's been reasonably easy which is nice.
I've damaged my ability to eat gluttonously when the need arises however, which is disappointing

Bah
I find losing weight really rather difficult, and all too easy to put it back on again. Mind you, I'm a very lazy cook, and it doesn't take much convincing for me to order a pizza.

I was a fat fucker for a long time
too much drinking and robust portions at home, followed by too much drinking and uni food.
the mrs and I both put on a load of weight a couple of years back too. didn't realise quite how much until looking at photos, which is kind of odd.
she joined weight watchers for a while and it had a knock on effect on me which has meant I've lost a load and seem to be keeping it off regardless of what I eat.

I was thin at uni, but bulked out when I moved back home for 6 months
Breaking my leg and being fed by my folks (who insist on clean plates, and give far too big portions) didn't help.
I've been getting back into cycling now the weather's good, and try to eat smaller portions. I'm also starting the 100 pushup and 200 sittup routines. Hopefully I'll see some change soon.

I need to get my bike fixed so I can do some cycling
I surf as much as possible (4 hours yesterday :-D ) and swim once or twice a week

That's awesome!
I'm about as inland as one can get, so surfing's out. Plenty of countryside for me to cycle through though, and I was looking at maybe getting a beefier bike for hitting the trails.

How many am I on?
I've only just started, and I'm rather pathetic at pushups (no upperbody strength, it's all in my manly, muscular legs). Yesterday I started, and did 20, broken up into 6, 6, 4, 4.

Actually, very sensible. That sounds like my start-up routine, every time I get back into it. The pace soon picks up if you just keep at it. (Memo to self: start doing sit-ups, lazy git.)

I was doing that for a while
got to the 3rd week and it got hard so I stopped :-D
have got one of those cruncher things at home (mrs insisted) and I could do with toning the belly, so should really be doing more sit-ups

I find gyms annoying and boring
Hence I either cycle in't countryside while listening to music (on cyclepaths only!), or play on the ps3/360 while on the exercise bike. The pushup/situp routine doesn't take long, which is good.

I find the same
even listening to music the exercise bikes and runners etc. were dull as fuck
yet I can happily swim 40 lengths without getting bored.

I'm the opposite.
Swimming bores me to tears and everyone is always in the way but at the gym I can zone out with my music on.

What I do
is drink like a fish and take loads of drugs, and never take any exercise bar walking up the hill to my office, and down it again at the end of my day.
I look fabulous as a result - you should try it!

I've always been slim naturally.
But there was a picture of me before Christmas and my face looked really round and my suit wasn't fitting properly; I hadn't noticed and it took that photo to get me back in the gym.

On the way back I bought a small punnet of radishes at someone's garden gate. I haven't had radishes for years. Bloody marvellous they were.
