I was expecting more of the chips+enumbers to be honest
This thread is starting t0 look like the menu for a posh restaurant.
I don't do fancy sounding cooking, just do simple sounding things in extremely complicated ways (I can make my own thai red curry from scratch).
Having said that, I really want to try doing the tempura snails from Heston's Gothic Feast
