He wouldn't sell me 10% ibupurphane gel, only 5%, even though both is over the counter.
The next day I went to a different phamacist and got the stuff, and it worked a charm, but I spent that night in quite a lot of pain. But as far as they're concerned, I took his advice, over that of my doctors, and thus had to take the week off work in pain (which is true, but I'd be in even more pain if I did take his advice), and wasted the GPs time to go get a prescription for something over the counter.

And he won't sell me anything with codine in it, ever, because I once bought it twice in the same month... yet I know sevrel people who buy a box a week of co-codimal, they don't even have to hide it, they just go in and ask for it, and he sells it to them. I think this is because I sometimes go in with a hoodie, because everyone else who I know normally are middle-aged women and thus aren't terrifying hoodie drug dealers. I guess once he took the stance, he couldn't go back. I even showed him a doctor's letter with the stuff written down, but he said he can only take prescriptions as proof, something about goverment guidelines.

He's a right fucking cock, a dangerous one at that, and although I'm playing it up a little bit, that the next day I just went somewhere else, I still had a night in serious pain because of him.

Just go to a few different chemists
I'm forever buying codine and ibuprofen. But I go to different chemists so none of them realise how much I'm taking.
