Hi everyone
I'm on HOLIDAY this week - and even though I filtered out my work email from my gmail account, I still have a desperate urge to check it for anything going tragically wrong in my absence.
Also reading through this thread I am gutted to have missed the London fun times.

I've told you what it does
I just don't know the point if it does it automagically anyway.

Certainly beats my efforts on Friday
(after I'd gone to the Ballroom - I suck at being on the pull, but not to the point that no-one would even notice)
"In that case, I think we owe it to ourselves to find a corner and make out."
"What? No! No we don't."
"...oh..."
I am the DADDY, I tells you.

Oh come on,
she avoided Chompy because he's a date-rapist, why would she settle for the kind of rapist who won't even take you out first?

indeed it is
he didn't even pay for my taxi-ride the cheapo.
And it's not so much pre-judging taxi drivers, as knowing I don't generally have much in common with them

I'm not entirely sure why I am standing up for taxi drivers here, but I've started so may as well carry on...
there could be a taxi driver out there who is perfect for you, but you are sweeping him aside with all the rest with your generalisations.
for shame!

I think so
I'm not saying I'd never, but based on the taxi drivers I've met the probability is close to zero

he was very unsmoothly
staring at me for the whole taxi ride. Then when I got out, he grasped my arm and said 'you're very beautiful you know.' I think I just stared at him in horror

I know a couply couple
who keep spreadsheets of their weekly spending, and they compete to see who can spend the least.
It makes me so sad to think about it.

This is so absolutely wrong that I am unable to comprehend it on a Monday morning.
I shall endeavour to return this afternoon with a witty response.

Not for long.
I couldn't handle the Saturday mornings, always having to walk some tearful girl, no idea how she'd got there, down to the bus stop.
