I'd been a bit of a fat fucker for quite some time, and it's only really quite recently that I'm happy with how I look
the beard has helped definitely. I recommend growing one

that would be the acid test of my confidence, but I've been with the mrs for 6 years, and my ex for 2 and a half before that
so it hasn't arisen. 6 years ago I would've been out of luck still I think.
