My day's pretty good, I took it off work for no reason
other than I'm sick of being at work. I'm being productive though.

Did you take it off as holiday then?
We have to book days off in advance, but I think this is a good thing else I'd have blown all my holidays by February.

I'm the one who agrees everyone's holidays so I has teh power. I've got 6 left so I'm trying not to blow them all on a week off doing nothing.

I have 16 left
And hope to have a week off in September to go somewhere hot.
We have to fill in forms for holiday requests, and there's a section where they ask you to detail why you want the time off. I never answer this truthfully. So far I've had approval to "Bring civilisation to The North" (Blousie's bash), "See a man about a dog" and "Conquer Prussia".

I may start filling in the comments section. I use most of my holiday taking Wednesday afternoons off, it breaks up the week and boosts my flexi credit. I'm sure they think I'm doing something mysterious.

I don't play games much*, other than when we've got people round, so the Wii is ideal.

But the Wii is a good family/party console. The Wii Play/Sports and Warioware minigames can be fun too.

Which one has the fencing?
Think it's one with Sonic and Mario? I hated that one, as the movements are utterly spasticated compared to proper fencing.

I love games that have a proper story
but when it stops you every 23 seconds to do a three minute cut scene it gets kind of boring, I want to play, not watch a damn movie. Hopefully it's just because I'm quite near the beginning, so it hasn't really got going yet.
