There's a girl in my office wearing those Spanx pants
and she's wearing a floaty skirt so you can see the bottom of them underneath. Should I tell her? I don't want to embarrass her by pointing out that I can see she's wearing them but if I've noticed, other people will too.

I don't think so, I think she just needs to pull the edges of the shorts up so that they're not visible
I usually go and stand at her desk for a chat so I'll go and do that and mention it there.
