I could do that
I have a good track record of getting people to like things.

My mrs didn't like fish or shellfish, and I have got her to the point where she loves prawns and scallops, and stuff like tuna steak and will even eat squid tentacles.

I'm not up to fish yet
I've had bacon, beef (in burgers), chicken, veal, venison, pork and sausages. Most get a thumbs up, but I've only cooked bacon myself.

you've tried all the important ones
aside from lamb. I'd steer clear of roast lamb for the time being, and maybe go for something like a lamb kofta, as lamb can be really fatty and off-putting.

Sound advice.

Next I'll try the dry meat.
I might drag Skinny Indie Girl, she lives 10 mins walk away and could do with fattening up.

You really should.

You should try my 'spam javelin'
It's had rave reviews over the years.

I hear Michael Winner was a big fan.

This is true
Even though I broke into his house and served it to him at 3am when he was (initially) asleep.

>_<

Or go back to France
I don't know what they do differently, but the roast lamb over there always seems to be vastly superior to the soggy, fatty mass of meat they'll serve you in Blighty.
(, Tue 24 Aug 2010, 15:18, Reply)
That's because
they marinate everything in 'cowardice' - it really softens up the meat.
(, Tue 24 Aug 2010, 15:24, Reply)
Hahahaha!
Perfect answer!

Oh I forgot
Al/Monty fed me lamb at Tayyabs. Approved.
