Flee to old work building - single entry point, multiple floors, keycard entry (as long as the power's still on), on top of Sainsbury's for supplies (accessible via large vents on flat roof, nice), third-floor bridge access to the hospital for medical supplies and the inevitable get-to-the-helipad-on-the-roof finale.
