revised lyrics
Dah pretty ladies around the world
Got a weird turd to show you,
So tell all the boys and girls.
Tell your brother, your sister
And mama too, cause they’re
About to go down
And you’ll know just what to do.
Wave your hands in the air
Like you don’t care, glide by
The People as they start to poop and stare.
Do you dump, do your dump quick
Mama, come on baby, tell me what’s
The Turd, ah turd up,
Everybody say when you hear the call
You got to get it underway,
Turd up, it’s the code word,
No matter where you say it,
You’ll know that you’ll be heard.

who sung this?
I feel dirty now.

Cameo, you fucking Blind Pugh.

(, Thu 2 Sep 2010, 15:17, Reply)
I don't get this
I'm sure it's ever so clever though.

You know... Word up?
that is sung really nasally

Look at Crow's post.
Then read the reply immediately below it. The one about CAMEO and their song WORD UP.

I meant the Blind Pugh bit.
I don't care about the rest.
(, Thu 2 Sep 2010, 15:43, Reply)
Treasure Island.

(, Thu 2 Sep 2010, 15:44, Reply)
Actually it took me a while to work out why you were calling him such.

(, Thu 2 Sep 2010, 15:20, Reply)
Cameo.
And G.U.N.
(, Thu 2 Sep 2010, 15:17, Reply)
Don't forget Mel B.

(, Thu 2 Sep 2010, 15:19, Reply)
Why did you have to mention that creature? Yuck.

(, Thu 2 Sep 2010, 15:26, Reply)
I hadn't realised she covered it.
And frankly I'm not arsed either.
(, Thu 2 Sep 2010, 15:27, Reply)
I'd like to cover her.

In wet concrete.
(, Thu 2 Sep 2010, 15:35, Reply)
GAWD, it's like you learned nothing from GIRL POWER!

(, Thu 2 Sep 2010, 15:35, Reply)
Korn also covered it
their version isn't too bad
(, Thu 2 Sep 2010, 15:37, Reply)
Never really got into them
they always sounded to me like they were trying a little too hard to be spooky and sinister. I went the way of Slipknot.
(, Thu 2 Sep 2010, 15:45, Reply)
a couple of their tracks sounded a bit like that I suppose
they are certainly shitloads better than Slipknot.

Their live version of Another Brick in the Wall by Floyd blew my mind

I really liked slipknot. I just fell in love with the drumming and percussion straight away. Did you see Joey Jordisson came top of the Best Drummer of the past 25 years poll.
(, Thu 2 Sep 2010, 16:08, Reply)
yeah I did
I haven't listen closely to enough of their stuff to know whether that was justified or not.

I find it hard to believe he is better than Mike Portnoy from Dream Theater who came second. I don't recall the guy from Porcupine Tree being all that special either.

I rate the dude from Tool as well, for crazy time signatures and rhythms
