But I suspect teachers would be put upon a whole lot more if they weren't part of a union.

Many of the teachers I had (and some of the people I know who became teachers) would not have lasted 5 minutes in 'the real world', so I say 'fucking boo hoo' to teachers.

Plus it's often a thankless task.

In many, many jobs it is expected that employees put in unpaid overtime. These people do not live in the real world.

How tall are you?

I reckon with the angle of elevation naturally occuring in my dong, it could be feasible to poke you in the eye.
edit - actually maybe not.

Don't tell me I farted on my housemates pillow all those years ago for nothing.

My eye can't be far off 5ft. Assuming, like every man who posts on /OT, you have a modest 12" wang (unless you're a QotW regular, in which case it's normally 15"), and you have disproportionately small legs for your height, I think you'll be lucky if you can caress my nipples with it.

fuck I'm short
(, Mon 6 Sep 2010, 16:22, Reply)
you probably didn't struggle in the same way to find shoes big enough, or trousers long enough, at least before manufacturers recognised that my build was increasingly commonplace. You may even enjoy the tax benefits of still being able to buy children's clothes.
On the downside, yes, you are short.

Oh really. Really. Really.
It's not my fault I stopped growing at the age of 12 :(
(, Mon 6 Sep 2010, 16:28, Reply)
but that sounded too much like what I was doing about an hour ago.
12? Really? Were you one of those poor souls who gradually went from being the tallest person in their class to one of the smallest?
(, Mon 6 Sep 2010, 16:30, Reply)
Yes, I sadly was. Except no one really noticed, and people are thus surprised when I reveal how small I am. Plus I wore high heels every day from age 15 onwards.
And there was someone in my year with dwarfism.

although I don't know the ins and outs of it. I have a couple of friends who are teachers and they seem to have it pretty fucking easy. Although having said that, something a teacher posted in QOTW a bit ago did change my mind a little.
I just think striking is like having a tantrum when you don't get your own way. And all those BA people who striked over Christmas ruining everyone's holiday plans were just awful, they left so many families unable to be together over Christmas.
