My housemates made me kill a spider last night
though I don't think I managed it so spent the rest of the evening convinced it was coming after me.

It was huge though. Diameter of a jam jar lid I'd say.

It probably left eggs in all your most tressured possetions, like your childhood teddy bear, food and dildo, and they're probably furtalised so little baby spiders will be crueling out all over it....
...and next time you go to use them, they'll cruel into your mouth and orafaces when you go to sleep. Sure, they won't kill you, they won't even harm you, you could swallow loads of spiders with verious orafaces without coming to any harm at all, so you should be fine.
