Listened to a band at the pub last night and rocked out to punk and ska covers and have just come back from a long walk with the family.

Hopefully going to see more bands that are advertised. And it's only a ten minute walk from my house.

This is in Tod centre, opposite the market. It used to be a dump but it's been taken over and re-done.

Probably walked past it the other month.

If they've played in Tod they might make it to the bright lights of Chavford.
Boomdogs are a fine punk covers band playing in this area at present. Think they're Brighouse/Elland based. Keep an eye out for them.

They were a bit shaky to start with but the lead singer was good IMHO.

Have a look for Boomdogs. They do some excellent stuff and take the piss out of REM which always goes down well in my book.
