Bought a breadmaker about 18 months ago
because it happened to match the other stuff I've got in my kitchen and was half price. I've never used it, but it does look nice...gathering dust...
I want an ice cream maker for christmas (yes, that matches too) and I probably won't use that, either.

On a plus note, though, I got my new phone on the basis that it was cute and gimmicky and thus far it has been totally awesome.

The ice cream maker I may actually use
assuming I can find space for the bowl thingy in the freezer. It's still really stupid of me to go 'Oooh, shiny things!' and buy them on the basis of being gadgety and cool and then just never use them.

Yes, I have this problem also
making ice cream will probably involve having to defrost peas or summat just so I've got room to get the fucker in the freezer. It's really only because I had hazelnut ice cream in Spain and it just isn't sold over here.

I made pea and mint soup the other day
it was quite nice cold, but I'm not sure I'd want it frozen and served in a cone...
