I used to get bad panic attacks.Breathing slowly and deeply helped. It also ties in with the buddhist thing. A few reasons really. It's also a reminder to take a deep breath and do something out of your comfort zone. Life is short.

Don't blame you for reporting itIf he knew this stuff was on there, he'd have been better off offering to replace the laptop, claiming that the company one had been damaged/stolen or something.

He cleared everything except the "clothes peg" image.He had also deleted a load of company data so I used some software called "Undeleter" which restores deleted files. That was then I found all the other stuff.
