I phoned Vodafone, called them all arseholes and threw in a bit of self loathing saying I have far too many minutes for the amount of friends I have
And they reduced my monthly bill from £45 to £20. I've finally had a victory over them.

Well they failed to take money out my account last month through the direct debit that was set up.
So I got a bill through for £110 yesterday. Told them there's no way I was paying it and they were breaching our DD agreement. They shit themselves and now I'm paying pennies for an ace phone with unlimited calls/texts/internet.

isn't a seperate NEW contract, running alongside your existing one.
