Take a couple of fillets down to your nearest Turkish baths
along with a boombox blaring East17's 'Steam'.

Don't really need a steamer but it makes it easier.
Just need to raise the chicken above the boiling water, so if you've got a metal collander or something just use that with a lid on top.
