america's next top model.

as i haven't eaten ANYTHING yet today apart from a white chocolate cat, i am quite excited about dinner when i get in. i have some covent garden spicy pumpkin soup which i am going to pimp up with cheese and seeds sprinkled on top.

Soup doesn't seem very substantial if you've not eaten all day.

Soup has been proven to fill you up better than a regular meal.

this is a lie
soup is not a real food. Otherwise why would people drink it?

A nice thick pumpkin soup is more filling.
It was in a science programme ages ago about dieting and stuff.
