today is the chunky minestrone and pesto one, which is brilliant as even the greedy inordinately huge pot that nobody could actually finish is only about 300 calories.

of course but some things are gratuitous. eg if i am going to eat 600 calories, it is going to be on something good, not cauliflower cheese soup.
